About Southern Africa Power Solutions (SAPS)
SAPS is a generator distribution company focused on the Southern Africa region: We saw a need to have a comprehensive supply and support network that covers Southern Africa. Having worked together for over ten years and gained extensive knowledge, we pooled together our individual centres of excellence and created the SAPS Dealer Network.
Due to the vast array of skills and experience we have, SAPS is able to deliver standby, prime and base load solutions to customers across Southern Africa. We are able to assist not only in the supplying of generators, but are involved in the design right through to the commissioning of systems.
It is also one of the most important features of the SAPS Dealer Network that we are able to support the product: we do not only offer generators, related design and commissioning, but carry a comprehensive parts support with qualified people who are skilled mechanically and electrically.
Due to our need to offer competitive product and be in a position to support it, SAPS have taken on a intuitive stock strategy that ensure good availability of fast moving items; competitive price across the range, as well as a standard product so you know what you are going to get all the time. The nature of the product is such that we are able to carry major repair spares for all aspects of the generators. We include off the shelf fuel pumps, gasket sets and control systems.
For the most part Cummins Product is used across our range. This is an uncommon feature of most suppliers these days, as price leads many to look for alternative suppliers.
